Abstracts have importance in taking me beyond my strong mind to the interior landscape of emotions and beyond. Emphasizing the bare bones of my entire body of work, yet still express the organic life force of my guide Mother Nature. My visual language is a glorious mix of Bold Color, Sinuous Movement, Power of Form, Value Contrast, and Grace of Line. My intuitive abstract process is immediate with no planning at all, a great contrast to my other labor intensive and thoroughly thought out ways of working.
